Malibu - designed by Jan te Linteloo - lives up to its name. Located near downtown Los Angeles, this coastal city boasts many architectural attractions and is home to many movie stars. They are drawn to the laid-back atmosphere of sun, sea and beaches that has earned Malibu the nickname "the original surf town." It is this combination of coolness, relaxation and luxury that we see in this sofa: a comfortable body on an elegant frame with subtle legs that make the sofa look as if it was floating in the air.
TECHNICAL DATA
Body: Wooden frame with mesh with polyurethane foam of various densities for optimal support and comfort, wrapped in hypoallergenic polyester fiber, inner coating made of 100% cotton.
Connection system: Elements in any configuration are connected to each other using a steel connection system.
Legs: steel.
Seat cushions: polyurethane foam core, wrapped in a 100% cotton duvet filled with goose down and feathers or hypoallergenic polyester fiber.
Backrest cushions: goose down and feathers with polyester fiber or only hypoallergenic polyester fiber, inner layer 100% cotton.
Upholstery: The composition of the fabrics depends on the customer's choice of upholstery. Leathers are either aniline or pigmented/sealed.
Origin: Handmade in Italy.
