Product description
Honett is a solid wood bar stool that combines the characteristic, traditional elements of the classic Stabelle chair with a modern, light character. In this way, the front legs, which are turned according to the conventional design, are inserted into the solid seat and give the chair its quintessential appearance. A unique feature is the curved rear leg insertion system, which was developed especially for this project and adds a touch of modernity and elegance to the model. The history of the honett company begins in the product design department of Blocher Partners, which was commissioned to furnish the restaurant they designed in the Rothaus State Brewery. The seating in the restaurant located in the Black Forest was supposed to combine the traditional, raw atmosphere of the region with a contemporary and refined international atmosphere. After creating the first solid wood chair design, the designers at Blocher Partners consulted with Horgenglarus. The project was then jointly refined and refined in detail. As a result, the honett presents a comfortable seat recess and headrest in solid wood, which is milled and curved in three dimensions - a feature unusual for Stabelle chairs - and is mounted and connected to the turned rear legs. Ultimately, the honett impresses with its solid and durable construction, while at the same time giving the impression of being light, slim and elegant.
