WOODWORK design Joel Karlsson Krook&Tjäder Design is both a desk and a conference table, a large common area for working and socializing, known as the "social table". It's the perfect place to gather your team for a working breakfast before everyone continues working side by side as the morning progresses. Then it's time to exchange views over lunch as some stand and others sit on the versatile 900mm high surface. Perhaps in the afternoon it will be the company's management's turn to take over table duties for the remainder of the working day.
The leg design with a rounded top that transitions into a square shape at the bottom is an elegant, ergonomic detail that means no one has to bang their knees when sitting or moving around the table. The table shows the characteristic character of wood and was developed for a modern, activity-based office environment - hence the name WOODWORK.
The WOODWORK table with plinth is available in heights of 730, 900 and 1050 mm in rectangular, square and round tops with veneered MDF board. The plinth is made of solid wood with a steel core. The table base is made of metal, powder-coated in white (RAL 9016), black (RAL 9005) or gray (RAL 9006/07) and has felt floor protectors. The top, plinth and footrest are removable, so they can be easily refreshed after many years of faithful use. Various electrical sockets are available (only for rectangular tables) as optional equipment.
The WOODWORK table is equipped with a rectangular top made of veneered blockboard and available in two heights: 730 and 900 mm. The frame and legs are made of solid wood with adjustment screws on the feet. The table is delivered unassembled. Various electrical sockets are available as additional equipment.
All WOODWORK tables have tops made of oak veneer, ash veneer, standard ash staining and white glazed oak or ash. The tabletop is also available in a laminated version (white, black, oak, birch, ash) and in black. Finishing the surface with clear varnish. Please ask about non-standard sizes and finishes.
