new, versatile and sustainable solution, designed by Anderssen&Voll, has been added to the prestigious Lapalma seating collection. The EDIT armchair reinterprets in a contemporary way the conventional concepts of the most classic modernist armchair. The soft silhouette of the armchair, resembling a flower, is a tribute to Italy and its artistic tradition. Instead, its Nordic character tells a story of love and respect for nature that fully reflects Lapalma's philosophy. The project, developed together with a company from Veneto, focuses on maximum sustainability. EDIT has been designed to be dismantled and therefore easily recycled. Its shell, which combines foam with a rigid Baydur® polyurethane insert, is completely recyclable and can be separated from the upholstery because the fabric is applied without the use of glue. The seat base, made of wood from FSC-certified forests or metal, can be fully recycled at the end of its useful life.
Sculptural yet elegantly graceful, EDIT is the perfect chair for conference rooms or hybrid spaces in the contemporary office. However, it is also ready to beautify contract interiors, such as dining rooms in hotels or restaurants, or even living rooms and refined kitchens, with the discreet, innovative and sustainable Lapalma design.
