Product description
The Formstelle designer duo created ZENSO, a family of chairs with a sculptural character. In fact, the chair family should be called "Enso". The round circles refer to the motif of Ensõ, a symbol in Japanese calligraphy: Although Ensõ is actually a symbol and not a letter, it is one of the most common drawings in Japanese calligraphy. It symbolizes enlightenment and elegance, the universe and emptiness, but also symbolizes the Japanese aesthetic itself. As an "expression of the moment".
The expressive wooden frame includes two floating wheels, a chair seat and back. The frame is made of solid wood, the seat and backrest are made of molded wood and can be upholstered. The seat upholstery is always fully upholstered, the backrest with an attached cushion. ZENSO is available with a wooden seat and backrest, with an upholstered seat and backrest or with an upholstered seat and wooden backrest.
