Pearl, a creative and evocative bathtub designed by Alberto Apostoli for Kreoo, will debut at Salone del Mobile 2023. Inspired by a tiny opal universe hidden in a rough, asymmetric shell, it reminds us of the value of elegance and the pleasures of life. The resulting design is based on the balance of both aesthetics in an experience enriched by water. The handcrafted olive gray marble case has a textured finish that contrasts with the smooth, polished resin interior topped with a mother of pearl finish. The inner ergonomic shell exudes the "pearl" metaphor, realized through the wellness-based details of the Airpool system, where the bottom of the bathtub consists of tiny holes pouring a constant stream of air into the liquid mass, moving with pleasant sensations and massaging the body. Designed with cutting-edge innovation, the boundary opens towards the center, revealing the control panel for the machines responsible for emitting the water jets.
Pearl is intended for both residential and hospitality projects. The luxurious bathtub, part of a special collection created with wellness in mind, enhances the relationship between matter, light, water and sophisticated technology.
