Blade is a bench-type desk with integrated chairs by LAMM, designed by Dante Bonuccelli.
Innovative design
The study bench system is characterized by a state-of-the-art construction concept: it consists of interconnected 1 cm thick extruded aluminum panels with using connections.
Design
Very reduced thickness of components combined with extraordinary precision and simplicity of geometry contribute to creating the illusion of two-dimensional shapes.
Space optimization
The system offers the possibility of reducing the distance between rows by as much as up to 6 cm to add another row every 15 in the same space or to obtain greater comfort for people to pass through.
Hidden technology
Blade creates a learning and working space where technology, even when present, is never invasive, but hidden.
Raised platform
The benches are integrated into the metal mesh structure of the platform below using a special, invisible fastening connector.
Light, flexible and easy to install, modular terrace steps are complemented by a testable floor with a surface finish. Terrace stairs can be arranged to include air conditioning systems and ventilation openings for service lighting.
Tertops
Tertops covered with scratch-resistant HPL. The workstations are adapted for power grid cabling, which can be accessed through special, lifting aluminum panels, equipped with hidden data transmission cables and sockets.
Ergonomics
The seat and backrest are covered with ergonomic padding made of integral class 1 polyurethane in various colors. Seat with extruded aluminum structural support, equipped with a lifting mechanism with return cushioning.
Floor mounting
Can be installed on existing floors, as well as on platforms and modular step systems with a study table. Installation on an existing flat floor or on steps is possible thanks to the use of special steel legs with an aluminum cover, which can be attached directly to the floor. In the case of platforms and modular step systems, the brackets are attached directly to the metal structure below.
Teacher's desk
A teacher's desk with the same technical, structural and aesthetic features of the system, custom-made according to specific needs.
Accessories
Provision of power supply and data cables (socket on request).
Legs for fixing to the floor.
