This table for two is much more than just a table where two people can sit. Picnik was, of course, designed primarily as a combination of a table and a bench for small outdoor spaces. But thanks to its striking appearance - both solid and stylish at the same time - Picnik is often used indoors as well. Combining several Picnik tables in (semi-)public spaces creates an almost artistic effect. It's no wonder that Tate Modern chose Picnik as its resting place for visitors. Having won seven design awards, it is clear that Picnik will go down in design history as a true style icon.
