Avus Club Chair is a lounge chair whose base and seat are made of plastic. The armchair is upholstered in fire-resistant cold polyurethane foam and covered with leather. After Miura, Myto and Monza, Avus is Konstantin Grcic's latest achievement in the Plank collection. The Avus club chair is a tribute to the classic type of furniture characterized by comfort, attention to detail, high-quality materials and refined elegance. Thanks to the use of modern materials processed with innovative technologies from the automotive and sports industries, Avus becomes a radical reinterpretation of showroom classics. Avus is a timeless product both in terms of design and technologies used. The reinforcing base is made of ABS and is created in the "twin-sheet" thermal process, filled with polyurethane foam. The rigidity of the base contrasts with the flexibility of the upper part of the seat, which is made of the same material. The leather upholstery is seamlessly connected to the upper part of the seat shell using a special zipper technology used in the production of high-quality travel covers.
