Product description
Once upon a time, an inventor decided to check what one man could do for all of humanity. First of all, he wondered what the house of the future should be like: how to make it compact and able to accommodate a sufficient number of inhabitants. This is how the geodesic dome was created - a revolutionary architectural structure made of light materials that can withstand enormous pressure.
The Q1 chair is a dedication to the creator of the geodesic dome, Buckminster Fuller, a revolutionist of science. The chair is similar to its origin: it is able to withstand heavy loads while remaining visually light.
The base of the chair is made of steel, an extremely durable and wear-resistant material. To retain heat, the interior of the chair is covered with felt non-woven fabric. The modular fastening system for soft pillows provides additional convenience of use and replacement if necessary. Hollowfiber is used as a filler. It is an environmentally friendly synthetic material that can keep its shape, unlike classic fillers.
The spherical shape of the chair provides the most comfortable and natural seating for humans. The appearance makes it universal for both public and home interiors.
