PH Lounge Chair is an aniline leather armchair with a headrest.
The seat is available in 5 colors: walnut/Indian red/mocca/black/natural undyed. Poul Henningsen designed 5 different, beautiful, functional and alternative chairs in the 1930s with a minimum of materials. His goal was to provide comfort while achieving aesthetic satisfaction, and thus he created 5 expressive pieces: the PH armchair, the PH Pope chair, the PH Lounge Chair, the PH chair and the PH Snake chair.
Each chair, made of delicately curved tubular steel legs, invites contemplation and luxuriant relaxation on leather or Hallingdal seats. High-quality materials make these chairs an elegant design element that will last for generations.
The frame of the PH Lounge Chair is made of a single long steel tube that has been bent into spacious, dynamic lines for maximum comfort. The two concave circles where the steel tubing meets the floor provide a beautiful appearance unlike any other tubular steel furniture. The extensively upholstered seat and the ergonomic line of the chair ensure comfort and excellent back support.
