Product description
The Silver Lake armchair is made of stress-resistant, flame-retardant polyurethane foam of various densities and polyester fiber on a wooden frame. The arms/legs are steel and powder coated. Silver Lake collection covers are not removable. The sides are:
• upholstered and covered (version code SLA)
• wooden side panels (version code SLB). A pleasure of refined, elegant formality in an architectural style inspired by 1950s California modernism. A series including three sofas, two armchairs and a chair with prismatic forms and shapes in an endless play of solids and empty spaces. The materials used directly refer to natural elements and their variability, which contrasts with modern life. The visually harmonious collection indirectly brings to life the utopian vision of that period. Silver Lake is the name of a specific neighborhood in downtown Los Angeles that is famous for its homes designed by some of the greats of modernist architecture.
