The Nidus upholstered furniture collection was inspired by the precise need to create a range of formal proposals with a casual character, for moments of socializing and conversation in a harmonious, casual environment. Antonio Citterio achieved this goal by paying close attention to design details, such as the encompassing shape of the curved sofas, available in two sizes. Combined with the lack of arms and a high backrest, this solution allows people to connect in a fresh, relaxed and extraordinary way. This extrovert approach is also reflected in the armchairs offered in three versions, including only one with armrests, intended for free arrangement. All Nidus items can be completed with a comfortable removable headrest and have feet upholstered in the same fabric or leather as the seats, with the addition of a small metal detail at the base that is decorative and also guarantees impact protection.
