As the name suggests, Momic by Rafa García is a reinterpretation of the classic shapes of the 1950s (Mid-Century) sofa aesthetic for a modern lifestyle. Delicate lines, soft curves and organic shapes create a family of seats with elegant simplicity and a timeless look. Modern style for contemporary, dynamic interiors. Momic includes an extensive modular program. Two seat sizes are the starting point for creating 2- and 3-seater sofas, modules with or without armrests, various chaise longue options, pouffes, end elements and a module set at an angle of 45° to give shape to all kinds of compositions. A design that adapts to both small spaces and large open-plan layouts. Its dimensions are moderate; light structure gives it an airy look; loose cushions and their stitching on the backrest provide a subtle, distinctive detail. The backrest cushions are reinforced with foam, thanks to which they remain stable while sitting. The central place is occupied by solid ash wood legs, available in any of our stains, framing the sinuous lines of the armrests. The Mid-Century aesthetic is well known for its use of vibrant colors, contrasted with neutral tones, easy to recreate thanks to the wide range of fabrics that can be upholstered with Momic. All these details make Momic a contemporary work. A design that we hope will become a classic in our catalog and will be passed down from generation to generation. TECHNICAL DATA FABRIC AND LEATHER - Completely removable bases and cushion covers. - Wooden structure covered with foam of various densities (CMHR 30kg/25kg, 40CMX) and H100g fiber. - Seat structure equipped with an 80mm NEA tape. - Wooden structure of the backrest and arms covered with multi-layer foam (CMHR 30kg/25kg and 40CMX). - Seat cushion: 40CMX and CMHR25kg foam (composed of foam with 2 different densities on the front and sides) covered with H150 thermosetting polyester fiber and inner fabric cushion cover. - Backrest cushion: cotton cover filled with FiberDream fibers and CMHR40kg foam core. - Legs: solid stained ash. - Adjustable center foot: black F1 steel in sofas from 2 m long and modules from 1.9 m.
