Alias presents vina, a padded furniture system designed by Patrick Norguet.
The French designer's aim is to simplify the traditional concept of a sofa, which is often based on a complex series of steps, using foam and fabric components.
Aiming to create a practical, comfortable and elegant product in the perfect Alias style, Norguet designs a sofa whose appearance sums up and explains its genesis.
In vina it is the sinuous structure that generates the design: designed and conceived from the outside, it naturally supports comfort zones.
From a manufacturing point of view, vina consists of a frame obtained by combining various extruded aluminum elements that emphasize the smoothness of the forms, and elastic straps that increase the degree of comfort offered by the seat.
cushions - a series of slim, carefully designed elements that leave no geometry to chance - they are made of polyurethane foam of varying density and lined with goose feathers.
Cushions upholstered in fabric or leather have been specially designed for the seat, backrest and armrests of the sofa.
The Norguet collection, vina, consists of an armchair and a sofa.
