The basic module takes its inspiration from the pixel, the basic unit of an image, and is the starting point for the design. Soft rectangular cubes with a square base in different heights give complete freedom in how they can be combined, turning modularity into structure. An endless number of shapes and compositions are possible, combining the world of industrial design with the open, creative approach of the world of art. Seemingly simple, individual elements are structurally complex and are not at all easy to produce. Stiffer at the base to support the steel pin, the blocks are softer at the top for maximum comfort.
Modular compositions with a pixel effect for countless compositions. Elements made of injected, flame-retardant polyurethane foam and polyester fiber on an internal wooden frame. Black plywood base, polypropylene legs. The covers of individual Do-lo-rez modules are removable. Module covers are available in designer-specified color and fabric combinations. Wool or felt covers are strongly recommended. In the case of larger projects, it is possible to create personalized compositions using standard modules.
