Designing interactions and trajectories of taking over available space. Bikini is a landscape that is a child of its time and the society it represents. Whether used in waiting rooms or at home, the seating system is completely flexible because there is no need to adjust the layout of the space and the arrangement of seating elements. The components vary in both appearance and function so, remarkably, they can be used in any setting. Stools, tables, hangers, containers, shelves, screens, worktops, seats: each element comes together to create interaction and communication. The mixture of functions and meanings revolutionizes the idea of a sofa as a piece of furniture for watching TV or a simple place of rest, turning it into the very (open) heart of interaction.
Elements under stress - resistant, flame-retardant polyurethane foam with various densities and fillings polyester fiber on a wooden frame; legs screwed to the black polypropylene frame. Optional back cushions are made of goose down. The covers of the Bikini Island collection are removable, except for benches with codes M23-M32-M35-M36, whose seat covers are removable with a zipper.
