Product description
In 1929, the Maharaja of Indore commissioned Eckart Muthesius to build and furnish his Manik Bagh palace. Completed four years later, the palace was an Art Deco masterpiece. Muthesius supplemented his architecture with his own furniture and lamp designs.
The Maharaja had countless servants. Eckart Muthesius added one more thing to them: his butler Mandu looks elegant with typical Art Déco panache. Very feminine, and yet - or maybe because of it - used mainly by men who do not want to entrust their business jacket to a simple hanger. The original chrome version reflects the surroundings, while the new colors, black and brown, particularly highlight the design lines.
Tubular steel, powder-coated in black or brown or chrome-plated. Silicone anti-slip strip for trousers. Plastic glides in black.
