The monkey rack consists of two parts; monkey made of architectural concrete in two finishes: dark gray or light gray. The second element is the bar, consisting of a solid ash cylinder with four bananas on top, also made of solid ash, both wood finishes are lacquered in light gray (RAL 7040) or dark gray (RAL 7012) with open pores. Suitable for indoor use only. The set includes the required pads.
Composition: the concrete used to produce the tables consists of a mixture of natural raw materials and special additives. Raw materials are obtained from sites with deposits of limestone (limestone and dolomite) and other metamorphic rocks (granite, basalt and quartzite). Monkey is a concrete hanger available in a floor or wall version.
In the twinkling of the eye, a side table Monkey has become one of the funniest and most iconic features in the BD catalogue. It is a useful sculpture made of architectural concrete - a material that supports the necessary weight of the hanger's base. Hayon designed it with his signature artistic touch.
The Monkey collection now has a new addition for smiling service. The pole and banana hooks are made of wood with a gray or black stained finish to match the base. The hangers can also be purchased separately and can be hung directly on any wall.
