Product description
The magical rubber bubbles that became a cult game of the 1990s were the inspiration for Matteo Zorzenoni's Crystal Ball vases; these decorative elements made of delicate glass balls are a reinterpretation of an evocative childhood pastime.
In this collection of vase sculptures, small bases made of bleached ash wood support large balls made of blown borosilicate glass: the resulting visual effect is an interesting counterbalance between fullness and emptiness , fragility and durability.
The structure of the vase is made of solid massive ash wood with a metal frame inside
Structure finish: bleached ash 113
Balls: colored borosilicate glass
br />Ball finish: solid color combinations for vase type
Foot: black felt pad
Note
These balls are the result of the ancient art of glass makers. Any surface irregularities and color differences should therefore be considered assets.
