Takeoff is a wall mirror with a small integrated tray designed specifically for the hall to facilitate the small rituals that each of us performs unnoticed when we leave home in the morning and return in the evening: where we put our keys and mobile phone or look at our own reflection to make sure that everything is fine. Designed by Berlin-based studio Jüngerkühn, winner of the Cristalplant Design Contest 2019, Takeoff is inspired by an airplane window. Hence its name. It has a smooth, slightly concave profile and a Cristalplant base with a fluid, rounded shape, giving it a touch of overall lightness. The first thing you notice when you get home is, above all, the last thing you look at when you leave, ready to start your day.
