Schneider LUNE SP D2W is a round bathroom mirror with integrated lighting.
The Swiss manufacturer Schneider decided to design a round mirror cabinet that contrasts in the bathroom and creates an atmospheric atmosphere. Schneider was inspired by an eclipse - the moment when the moon passes completely in front of the sun, leaving only a thin halo of light visible. The result is LUNE.
The LUNE frame is made of stainless steel. The surface is available in a variety of options including brushed stainless steel and matte black, as well as select colors such as matte brushed gold. Using just-in-time production methods, Schneider can make a single mirror cabinet with the finish desired by the customer.
Schneider LUNE embodies all the advantages of mirror cabinets we have come to expect from a leading Swiss manufacturer, with a unique, clean design, made of high quality materials. Equipped with two shelves (one of which appears to be floating), it provides space for all the everyday bathroom utensils you need. In addition to the inside and outside of the door, there is a mirror on the back panel. The unique LUNE rotating mechanism (patent pending) gives the person looking in the mirror a perfect view of their own reflection from any angle when the cabinet is open.
360° light with Dim2Warm function
The Schneider LUNE frame flawlessly illuminates the face and the room with high quality 360° LED light. As you'd expect from Schneider's premium products, the light can be freely adjusted using the Dim2Warm function. The light color ranges from bright facial light to warm candlelight in a continuous spectrum that can be easily accessed using the dimming function. When the cabinet is closed, the elegant, narrow light fixture resembles the sun hidden behind the moon, except for a thin halo. When opened, the light strip recessed into the cabinet creates a visually elegant, three-dimensional effect.
Remove the door and the cabinet and you will receive the illuminated LUNE mirror. Its light can also be dimmed using the Dim2Warm function to change the tone from a relaxing warm to a refreshing bright light. The full-circle mirror lighting always casts shadowless light over the entire face and this is what gives the LUNE illuminated mirror its charm as a design statement - whether in the guest bathroom or in the living room, dressing room or hall. The round shape, stainless steel finish and thin light strip make LUNE take center stage in any sophisticated bathroom design. It is the epitome of less is more, with clean lines and an understated design. The customer can choose the shade of light according to his preferences and needs. The 360° halo of light evenly illuminates the face, creating a new atmosphere of well-being in the bathroom - an atmosphere more typical of a spa in a first-class hotel.
The glare-free light is emitted in an uninterrupted halo and can be continuously adjusted from bright daylight using the Dim2Warm function (6500 Kelvin at 100% brightness) to warm white (2000 Kelvin at 30% brightness). The lamp is controlled using one, discreetly placed button on the lower edge of the mirror cabinet or illuminated mirror. LUNE can also be connected to an external switch or operated via the Schneider app.
Schneider LUNE gives ambitious architects and interior designers the greatest freedom when designing bathrooms, entrance halls, office spaces, living rooms and reception areas. The discreetly elegant, perfectly round shape and finish in brushed stainless steel, matte black or one of the other exquisite color versions perfectly complement individual stylistic designs and room concepts. The circular mirror cabinet can even be built into the wall, leaving only a few centimeters of the illuminated frame protruding, making LUNE a distinctive element of sophisticated custom bathroom design.
