Oreste is an outdoor workstation which in one block consists of: a lava stone slab, a wood-burning stove, 2 practical worktops and a place for loading firewood and lighting a fire.
The cooking system simultaneously heats the lava stone plate and the oven with one fire. The fire in the drawer heats the lava stone plate, which quickly reaches the ideal temperature, ensuring uniform cooking results. Thanks to a dedicated circuit, the exhaust gases completely surround the oven, which reaches a temperature of approximately 280°C in 25/40 minutes. Oreste is also intended for baking bread and pizza over an open fire. Just light the fire directly in the oven to reach a temperature of 380° for the perfect pizza.
The product guarantees control over the combustion air and exhaust gases to achieve the optimal temperature and manage cooking times for fast or slow cooking methods using the least possible amount of wood.
