Fumotto is an adjustable wood fireplace that can be easily installed anywhere outdoors. The fireplace rotates around a colored sand base to allow for the best possible performance when positioned in the wind.
The mantle section is a tall cone whose metal frame acts as a fire. This is a unique solution that allows you to place firewood in the fireplace and discharge and expel exhaust gases upwards. Fumotto is available in two metal versions. You can choose matte black painted steel or Cor-Ten - a special steel-like material with high mechanical resistance and anti-corrosion specificity. This fireplace does not require any particular adjustment: simply place it on the ground, balance its position and feed it with firewood.
Concept
Structurally designed as a cape or mantle supporting and wrapping the fire venting the fumes to the damper, the Fumotto is shaped and carved from a single, strong sheet of iron that turns into a fireplace.
A stainless steel tubing belt/handle serves as a handle to rotate the fireplace around the fireplace's cement sand bed and choose the appropriate orientation or get the best wind conditions.
A pin connects the overlapping flaps of the mantle and regulates the intensity of the fire using a Bakelite knob, which draws the fumes through the valve.
