The OG BBQ100 grill from Officine Gullo with a cooking surface of 2920 cm² is equipped with 8 burners with a power of 31 kW and solid 9.5 mm thick stainless steel grills. Excellent non-stick surfaces allow you to achieve perfect results even with the most delicate foods. The characteristic wavy structure is a hallmark of the product's exclusivity. The ignition system powered by a flame positioned parallel and adjacent to the burner guarantees safe and immediate ignition.
The side shelves contain:
• on the right side, an ice tray with an integrated chopping board: a drinks holder is built into the shelf – also serves as a container for ice or other food to be used during and after grilling.
• infrared cooking zone on the left. It is a high-temperature cooking surface that, thanks to the ceramic top, reaches a temperature of 980°. In direct contact with an intense heat source, similar to charcoal, the meat quickly browns, ensuring a tender and juicy result. In the OG BBQ100, the practical tray, which can be easily removed when necessary, makes smoking food easier thanks to the built-in system. The wood-powered tray allows you to quickly transform your grill into a smoker.
The lid moves on sliding rails and can be retracted to reclaim the space you need, unlike regular hinged lid opening mechanisms. All the heat is kept under the double side. Hinges in the door and lid enable slow, careful and silent closing. Another detail that beautifies this grill are the illuminated handles.
For additional convenience, there are internal lights in the cooking zone, on the sides of the lid and inside the grilling equipment. Office Gullo gas grills are distinguished by their professional quality cooking systems and their exclusive design. Made of stainless steel, the grills can be painted in any RAL color, as well as in non-standard shades available on request. Various finishes for brass details are also available. Each grill can be uniquely personalized.
