Product description
Despite the identical appearance shared by K-IN and K-OUT, designed by architect Massimo Castagna, their construction criteria are in fact completely different, reflecting their indoor or outdoor use. This one-piece raw profile block is available as an island only, in stone or wood, and is available in a variety of configurations, sizes and finishes. The model is raised high above the ground with a distinct overhang over the support structures and plinths, giving it a minimalist, almost primitive appearance. The large sliding countertops that cover the kitchen work areas can be opened in any direction, changing the shape and size of the monolithic volume, leaving the kitchen looking as it would when closed. Thanks to special guides, these lids turn into snack bars with an eye-catching overhang. Thanks to the low-voltage system, they can be closed electronically to hide the internal work surface, which houses hotplates and hoods in the internal version and grills in the external version. Although identical in appearance - so much so that they blend seamlessly together - both kitchens are built completely differently to reflect the different performance required in different locations. The indoor version has a wooden structure, while the structure intended for outdoor use is made of aluminum. The project aims to ensure the highest level of quality in a modern kitchen.
