ROCK.AIR combines innovative design and advanced technological functions for your terrace or garden. It has a typical, purist appearance reminiscent of Steininger. The project was based on the award-winning ROCK model, which received the German Design Award 2016. The kitchen cubes of the ROCK.AIR model can be individually combined and fulfill various functions: gas grill or lava grill, sink and dishwasher, fridge-freezer with ice cube maker ice, storage compartment and burner. The covers of the individual blocks can be moved back, turning the back of the kitchen into a counter at the usual height of the bar. Depending on the design, the covers can be folded or moved horizontally backwards.
HIGHTECH MATERIALS
The outer covering of the blocks is made of powder-coated steel. The extremely durable material is resistant to all weather conditions. ROCK.AIR's technologically advanced materials are able to withstand temperatures below the freezing point. The set includes custom-made covers that protect the surface against dust and dirt.
Each of the individual ROCK.AIR outdoor kitchen cubes has a different function. The basic ROCK.AIR.COOK element has a gas grill with various grill attachments, it is also available with a teppanyaki insert or a lava grill. ROCK.AIR COOK can be expanded with ROCK.AIR.WASH, which consists of a sink and dishwasher, and ROCK.AIR.COOL with a fridge-freezer and ice maker. The ROCK.AIR.STORE block offers space for storing dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils. The ROCK.AIR.FIRE burner is available in two sizes and is operated using a remotely controlled gas fireplace or ignition gel.
