SIGN MATT by Piergiorgio Cazzaniga
The natural evolution of the Sign design, which, thanks to its classic glossy finish, transforms into a striking whole in one material with a matte finish.
The new material and the updated chromatic range make it possible to use this product both inside and outside.
Structure and finish
The single-material supporting structure is made of polyethylene (PE)*, formed using rotational molding technology.
Available in matte color, variants in white, mud , navy blue, cement and corten.
Only white, the purest and most delicate color, is made from a special mixture called EASY CLEAN. A special additive added to the starting plastic facilitates the cleaning and maintenance steps.
*The material (PE) may contain some internal impurities, due to the specific production treatment, which is included in the adopted quality standards.
Supplied with a removable foot, easily replaceable, to ensure a perfect fit to any type of surface or floor.
Wide color range (additional to the standard one) for batches of >25 pieces (per color). Feasibility, prices and completion dates to be checked with the sales department.
Outdoor use
The special resistance of polyethylene and its easy maintenance make Sign perfect both indoors and outdoors.Sign - Extremely comfortable seats with a high impact.
Frame
Self-supporting frames made of polyamide (nylon 6), rotationally molded, glossy white lacquered. They are always equipped with a drill (9 mm diameter) for water drainage. Supplied with a set of 4 types of small feet, easily replaceable, which are suitable for any type of floor: ceramic, wooden, carpet, linoleum, etc., for indoor use.
Finish
High-quality acrylic paint under in terms of gloss, strength and hardness (automotive industry). Any scratches resulting from everyday use can be removed and the original shine preserved using the included polishing kit (polishing cloth and paste).
