Adell is a lounge armchair with a four-legged base in painted steel, designed by Lievore + Altherr Désile Park, 2020.
The shell is available in three different versions:
- polypropylene with a characteristic texture made of 80% recycled materials , available in four colors;
- polypropylene with a characteristic texture made of 80% recycled materials, available in four colors with a cushion attached to the chair made of fabric, leather, artificial leather or cover according to the customer's choice;
- fully covered with fabric, leather, eco-leather or covering of the customer's choice.
Seat cushion and front cushion – both covered with fabric, leather, eco-leather or covering of the customer's choice – can be combined with chairs equipped with exposed plastic shells. The accessories are removable and available in both internal and external versions. Smooth as a pebble, soft as moss. With its low, rounded shapes, Adell evokes a treasured souvenir from the natural world - whether used indoors or outdoors. With a shell made of 80% recycled polypropylene, the calming form is designed with sustainability in mind, bringing peace to both body and mind. Soft yet supportive, solid yet light, Adell's gentle slopes offer a welcoming and spacious place to rest.
Adell was created with adaptability in mind. Designed for use in lounge spaces, Adell can be adapted to a myriad of contexts, from living rooms to waiting rooms, shared learning areas, guest rooms or residential facilities. To adapt to different contexts, Adell is available exclusively in recycled plastic finish, fully upholstered, plastic with upholstered seat cushion or plastic with removable cushion or full cover, for indoor and outdoor use. Base options include metal or wood leg configurations or a metal sled base. These configuration options and timeless design expand Adell's range of applications, creating a durable, long-lasting product that helps reduce waste in our environment.
