Product description

chair designed with a cantilever seat supported by a central stand, a seating sculpture with clear sculptural, sinuous and flowing lines, seemingly contrasting with the hardness and statics of the stone from which it is made. A carefully thought-out construction, the complexity of which brings to mind certain studies by Escher. The upper edge of the seat coincides with the lower edge, so that the monolithic sections of the "Clizia" chairs are made from the same block of marble in a single cut performed on numerically controlled machines, creating two chairs at a time, optimizing the material by reducing waste to a minimum. In addition to the original marble version, Clizia is now available in a concrete version.
Marble seat suitable for indoor and outdoor use, made of white Carrara marble or black Marquina marble, with oxidized steel support. All Agapecasa products are designed and manufactured for internal use. They cannot be placed outdoors unless otherwise noted.
