This passionate exploration of the essence of things has been fully developed in the design of the First Steps chair, whose lyrical simplicity seems to refer to the archetypal chair-object.
The swaying structure rising to form a metal backrest has a white painted or polished finish, and the tightly woven seat material is entirely made of handmade from paper string or paper string.
