The minimalist and innovative Ayana collection becomes a new chapter in the history connecting B&B Italia with Naoto Fukasawa. The main character is wood, interpreted in an unusual way, with a pleasant, oriental accent. If the depths and heights clearly refer to Southeast Asian traditions, the backrest resembles a Swedish wall bar, an exercise equipment turned into a load-bearing element. Thanks to this solution, the elements of the Ayana collection can be admired and appreciated in 360 degrees, discovering a new, elegant game of intersections and proportions on every side. Two- and three-seater sofas and an armchair have armrests at different heights. The armrest of the chair is higher to provide a more ergonomic seat. The lower armrest of the sofa can be combined with a cushion, which is easy to fasten and remove, and if necessary, it is more comfortable to lie down. The upholstery of this collection is distinguished by single cushions, all covered with waterproof fabrics. Ayana's warm minimalism is complemented by a chair, dining table and low table. The dining chair follows the style of the other seats, providing the perfect family atmosphere, thanks to its natural teak wood structure and two generously padded fabric-covered cushions. The table is distinguished by its oval top with serpentine, a typical alpine stone. The supporting structure made of natural teak appears light, but is extremely durable, resistant to weather conditions and supports a heavy tabletop. Even the coffee table has a round structure in natural teak and a serpentine top. Wide dimensions allow you to create a pleasant, friendly atmosphere outdoors. Ayana is a project with a green soul. The teak used to make the structure is FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified, and all materials that make up the individual elements of the series can be separated and disposed of in a manner that respects the environment after the end of the product's life cycle.
