The Wicked collection was designed by Brussels designer Alain Gilles for Vincent Sheppard. Together they aimed to rediscover wicker as we know it. The entire design process involved playing with the construction logic of rattan seats in a modern and effective way. By creating an unexpectedly light and airy shape, Alain Gilles managed to shed new light on traditional wicker furniture. By combining warm wicker material with an elegant metal frame, he wanted to create a dialogue between handicraft on the one hand and industrial processes on the other.
The Wicked collection consists of a lounge armchair, 2S lounge sofa, 3S lounge sofa, coffee table, side table, chair for the dining room and dining table.
