Product description

Salinas is a collection of modular sofas designed by Santiago Sevillano, its structure is entirely made of stainless steel. Its main feature is a flexible system of modules in three sizes that can be configured with or without backrests, allowing for a wide range of combinations. The upholstery is removable and the interior is protected by a waterproof polyester cover.
The SALINAS modular sofa is inspired by the borders of the Mediterranean coast. The Salinas de Santa Pola Natural Park, located in Alicante, is a place full of contrasts. The shapes of this sofa refer to the changing landscape. The seat emphasizes the calm and linearity of the water, giving a sense of stillness, spaciousness and rest, while the backrest breaks this uniformity, like sudden mountains of salt in the landscape. The shape of its profile is inspired by the curves of the beautiful animal that inhabits these places, the flamingo.
