Hush is a modular and flexible acoustic wall panel system that can be customized in shape and color. Made from recycled plastic, the panels are pre-fitted with magnets, meaning you remain flexible: each panel can be replaced and repositioned at any time, effortlessly. Decorative Hush panels can also be used as pinboards, making them perfect for creative teams. Acoustic wall panels are a good alternative to acoustic ceiling panels, especially for small to medium sized rooms where ceiling absorbers are not effective due to the fluttering sound.
Hush is a designer's dream design for today's sustainable, productive space work, where the primary goals include effectively dealing with noise and supporting climate-friendly practices. Felt sound absorbers are available in 11 selected colors, developed by London trend hunters Color Hive™.
HUSH panels are the true future of acoustics. HUSH panels appeal to all the senses. These panels play with sight, hearing and touch. This universal design is in line with MOVISI's guiding principles of modularity, fresh look and efficiency. These panels are even durable enough to be used as seat cushions in Movisi's BUILD modular shelving system.
When you order the Hush system, it will come with pre-installed adhesive magnets and a triangular placement tool to facilitate even placement on your walls.
The acoustic panels are 12 mm thick and "float" on 4 mm wall magnets. This space between the wall and the panel is crucial for buffering sound, making HUSH wall panels more effective, attractive and more flexible: once installed, the honeycomb panels appear to float on their mountings, allowing light to play and reducing sound pollution.
Hush panels are made of recycled plastic bottles (PET, minimum post-consumer content 60%), which are felted and hot-bonded in a special process, eliminating the need for glue and additives. This innovative material is LEED accredited and Cradle to Cradle certified. The origin of PET fibers is confirmed by an independent institute and we are proud to have established cooperation with Impact Acoustic - the only material manufacturer on the market that can 100% trace its raw material. The solution-dyed fibers make MOVISI HUSH acoustic panels perfect for achieving shiny, long-lasting shades that do not fade with use or even aggressive cleaning. Speaking of cleaning, wall panels are naturally antibacterial and easy to clean. HUSH can also be used outdoors, especially in covered outdoor areas.
