The DAPHNE line of sound-absorbing partition panels was designed for the office and home and was created by Studio Algoritmo for the Slalom acoustic system and partition walls.
The product, whose name is inspired by the story of a Greek myth sanctifying organic form, comes from the observation of a small child's play. girl in the park, aiming to stuff fallen leaves with a few twigs.
A true and simple gesture, probably performed by every child and therefore belonging to the collective imagination. The same spontaneity is contained in the object itself: thin supports pass through sheets of felt that resemble the profile of laurel, oak, olive and ash trees.
In this way, a light, dynamic and familiar product takes shape, suitable to enrich and fragment spaces, whether in the workplace, public or home, making them comfortable from an acoustic point of view.
