Product description

The Moore bent plywood chair, nominated for the FX International Design Awards 2019, has a modern, asymmetrical design with a single opening placed on one side of the backrest. This is the first Liqui Contracts product, partly manufactured outside the UK.
The curved part of the plywood chair is manufactured at a sawmill in the heart of a European FSC forest, where the trees converge on one side and the formed plywood seat emerges from the other, making it a very efficient and sustainable process. The bespoke steel wire frames are made right here in the UK, where we hand put the pieces together.
Our bent plywood dining chair has been made with coffee shops and cafés in mind, but will also work well in a contemporary office. Available in various finishes and veneers, they can be adapted to the style of your interior.
The Moore chair takes its name from the name of a famous astrologer; whose rather eccentric appearance was further exaggerated by the use of a monocle.
