PH Snake Chair is a steel chair with an aniline leather seat.
The seat is available in 5 colors: walnut/Indian red/mocca/black/natural undyed. It can be ordered in two types of leather upholstery finish: full upholstery around the tubes / visible steel tubes emphasizing the unique shape and design. Poul Henningsen designed 5 different, beautiful, functional and alternative chairs in the 1930s using a minimum of materials. His goal was to provide comfort while achieving aesthetic satisfaction, and thus he created 5 expressive pieces: the PH armchair, the PH Pope chair, the PH Lounge Chair, the PH chair and the PH Snake chair.
Each of the chairs, made of delicately curved tubular steel legs, invites contemplation and luxuriant relaxation on leather or Hallingdal seats. High-quality materials make these chairs an elegant design element that will last for generations.
The flowing lines of the PH Snake Chair's steel tubular structure are inspired by the powerful yet flexible body of a snake. It is multi-functional and can be used in any room in your home, as a functional piece of art, or simply as a piece of art to be appreciated for generations.
