The DAILY 2 chair has a retro style, reminiscent of old-fashioned school chairs with armrests that were reserved for teachers or placed in conference rooms.
Two spacious armrests made of metal tubes immediately make the chair comfortable, giving it a more original, dynamic look. Their size provides comfortable support for the arms, which is also useful for reading the newspaper or tablet: this makes this wood and metal armchair ideal for cafes, bars and lounges.
The Daily 2 seats are stackable and offer two curved plywood finishes (natural oak or black oak) and two frame finishes (black or white). The collection also includes a chair model without armrests. In DAILY, Jun Yasumoto and Colos take on a classic industrial design motif: a wooden seat and backrest connected to each other and supported by a metal frame. The design idea was primarily to retain the formal and technical simplicity of this traditional product, but add a subtle sophistication to obtain a result suitable for more refined environments.
DAILY is a product that expresses self-confidence by retaining a shape that already exists in the collective imagination and elegance, thanks to a design that pays attention to proportions, details and comfort.
DAILY is also practical because it can be stacked in two proposed versions, without or with armrests, thanks to the cover under the seat that protects the wooden part when stacking . It is aimed at classic, contemporary, collective and home environments.
