Slim, light and with simple elegance: DS-515 presents itself as an unconventional upholstered chair, designed by the Greutmann Bolzern design duo. The sophisticated supporting structure, slim upholstery and perfect leather workmanship already indicate high seating comfort. The young design with clean lines and beautiful details in the form of cross leather lacing make the DS-515 the perfect companion at the dining table, in the home office or in the conference room. Wherever a stylish upholstered chair appears, it impresses with its solid workmanship. The delicate stainless steel sleigh base supports an inviting seating area. The thin wire structure of the DS-515 acts as a forming frame over which the leather cover is stretched. Rolled, rolled leather defines the form, while expert leather stitching and refined details, such as the textile insert at the back, give it a distinctive character. Whether with or without upholstered armrests, the DS-515 impresses with its optical lightness, high comfort and timeless aesthetics. The upholstered chair will be used in both the private and commercial sectors. Thanks to a special cover, the chair can also be installed outdoors. The design comes from the Greutmann Bolzern design studio, managed by Carmen Greutmann-Bolzern and Urs Greutmann. As a team, they run a design studio in Zurich and create rooms and furniture distinguished by the particular transparency of forms and materials.
