AÏKU comes from the Japanese word "haiku" and means a short poem usually consisting of three verses. Wonderful poems that express extraordinary meanings in a few words; a simple poem, without lexical additions or conjunctions, drawing its strength from suggestion. Due to its incredible brevity, it requires a considerable synthesis of thought and image.
The meaning and sound of this word reveal the essence of the project - a concept aimed at reconciling the paradoxes of application and sensitivity. AÏKU may be radical, but at the same time it is a refined architecture designed for home environments as well as offices and public spaces.‎
A collection of very comfortable chairs with an important image, designed for both domestic and contract spaces. Available in six base versions and a wide range of finishes.
Padded shell
Injection molded polypropylene body, cold molded lining and applied support piece.
The cover is non-removable and completely covers the chair.
Optional accessories
• Padded cushion made of polyurethane and polyester wadding with removable cover.‎
