Lukis is a chair made of rattan and rubberwood, available in two versions, one with a natural seat finish and matte, blue-stained legs, the other stained matte black. The armchair and chair are also available with a removable seat cushion.

Leg and seat finish combinations are standard Centuries-old tradition of rattan craftsmanship meets contemporary design in the creation of the Lukis armchair, designed by Indonesian designer Abie Abdillah; his groundbreaking interpretation of Southeast Asian craft techniques aims to foster greater ecological awareness and sustainability: in fact, rattan grows quickly, the whole plant is reusable and can be easily shaped using hot steam.
In Lukis' case the characteristic seat and backrest are made of rattan, while the armchair frame is made of rubber wood, which comes from a tree that produces rubber. The result of this combination of elements is a hand-woven interior design element, characterized by a precise and regular pattern: the purity and accuracy of the pattern and details are evidence of the design, as they can lead one to believe that the product was made by sophisticated, technologically advanced machines.
Seat Lukis armchairs are available in a natural finish, and the legs can be stained in matte blue or matte black. A chair version is also available; For both chair and armchair, the seat cushion has a fixed cover.
