The Phylo shelf unfolds a micro-architecture designed to separate and accommodate with lightness and freedom. The painted, stamped steel structure, available in white (RAL 9010), black (RAL 9005) and green-gray (RAL 7009), has a square cross-section of 20×20 mm and embodies the distinctive features of modularity and adaptability, both in terms of finishes and wall or free-standing compositions.
Its versatility allows it to be used in office and contract spaces. The Phylo structure provides extraordinary flexibility from a compositional and functional point of view. Available in 5 different heights (46, 84, 122, 160, 198 cm) and two shelf lengths (40, 80 cm), Phylo allows you to create compositions tailored to various needs. Intermediate sides with double perforation allow compositions of different heights, creating compositional games that adapt to any environment.
There are three types of shelves to choose from: metal, melamine in various finishes and glass. The back is available in metal or melamine, and a version with a writeable MDF board in white or black is also available, serving as a board to increase the functionality of the space. A wide selection of containers enriches the shelf: metal trays available in two lengths that can be used as containers for plants or objects, melamine containers available in an open version or with hinged doors, and finally functional cabinets that optimally take into account the space in which you can temporarily store your personal belongings. The cabinets are available as standard with a key lock, with a combination lock or with RFID locks opened using magnetic cards.
Phylo in the H. 48 cm version can become a comfortable bench with a soft upholstered cushion, functional for creating a waiting room, in whose color and geometry play a key role. Phylo is a shelving system with a load-bearing side structure. Its original and versatile aesthetics allows it to be used in various office spaces. The heart of the project is the adaptation of the shelf and the structural back, in which panels made of different materials can be placed. The backrests can be freely mounted on the structure, creating pleasant movement on the wall, just as shelves, containers and other accessories create full empty spaces that become functional for storing books and objects. Phylo is an expression of a creative idea based on fluid lightness.
