The Chencllor is a extendable leather executive chair with a 5-star base and casters by Poltrona Frau, designed by Lievore Altherr Molina.
The Chancellor President, Executive and Managerial versions are height adjustable, swivel and equipped with a backrest and seat with a sophisticated "Syncron" oscillating mechanism that allows the user to assume a continuous series of 5 positions, from a straight seat back to a real chaise longue.
The Chancellor Visitor chair is equipped with a sophisticated swivel mechanism whose thrust bearing allows the chair to rotate and return to its original position position. The base of the Chancellor chairs is made of steel pipes, chrome-plated or covered with dark gray varnish. The President, Executive and Managerial versions have a five-star base with soft, automatically braking casters or guides, while the Visitor chair has a four-star base with guides. The armrests are upholstered in leather and finished with polished aluminum end joints or painted dark gray to match the base. Where appropriate, the Pelle Frau® upholstery can also be extended with a cover for the "Syncron" mechanism.
