IP68 protection class with Full Dry system that prevents condensation inside the product. Before the diffuser is attached to Platka products, the surface is pre-treated using an atmospheric pressure plasma process. This process activates the ionic charge on the surface exactly where it is needed, thus ensuring the best possible adhesion of the silicone and removing any residual release agents, ensuring a more durable seal. The next stages are silicone coating and assembly of the lampshade on the lighting fixture, the automated process guaranteeing perfect sealing of the lamp.
