ALIEN is a post with unusual shapes: the rigorous construction has been thoroughly examined to be able to fulfill its functions: extreme mechanical resistance and resistance to vandalism, as well as light distribution that allows for long installation distances while maintaining high values of lighting uniformity. All this makes ALIEN an ideal fixture for sidewalks and road crossings in public places.
Body made of extruded aluminum alloy. The head is die-cast from an aluminum alloy with a very low copper content. A4 stainless steel screws. Product supplied with inspection doors. Gore valve to prevent condensation. The product is subjected to galvanic anodization divided into separate phases: mechanical satin-finishing, surface degreasing, anodic oxidation and final fixation. The product is then painted by making a double pass in line, generating a single thick protective layer that then creates a barrier against weathering and UV rays. This achieves resistance to salt spray corrosion. Preliminary plasma treatment at atmospheric pressure is carried out on the surface before the diffuser is glued to Platka products.
