Product description

MINI SPECIAL, small parallelepipeds available in different versions for different applications: a product family characterized by a minimalist design and pure geometric forms, capable of providing incident light on walls, ceilings or as a projector via a mounting bracket. Available in a version with a single and double window. The product is mounted on the wall and ceiling using a hidden mounting system, without visible screws.
Cast body and flange made of EN 44300 aluminum alloy with a very low copper content. Subjected to galvanic anodizing treatment divided into separate phases: mechanical satin-finishing, surface degreasing, anodic oxidation and final sealing. The product is painted in a continuous, two-stage painting process (epoxy primer + polyester-based color finish), which allows the generation of a single thick protective coating, which then creates a protective barrier against weather conditions and UV rays. Before the diffuser is attached to Platka products, the surface is pre-treated using an atmospheric pressure plasma process. This process activates the ionic charge on the surface exactly where it is needed, thus ensuring the best possible adhesion of the silicone and removing any residual release agents, ensuring a more durable seal. The next stages are silicone coating and mounting the diffuser on the fixture, with an automated process guaranteeing perfect sealing of the lamp.
