Design without compromise, especially where light and sound are important to the design RAIL includes 3 full-range K cone drivers - array built to provide a powerful mix of low and high frequencies. This 1.2 m long streamlined product consists of a linear LED combined with an aluminum-clad MicroSilver® parabola, available in various optical configurations, some of which have been studied to provide high visual comfort, achieving optimal UGR levels. This new type of LED lighting can provide a full color spectrum with a high CRI.
Rail has 4 combinations of different optics: symmetrical, symmetrical + point optical, asymmetrical, diffused and the possibility of placing a low voltage electrified track with projectors. A variety of installation systems are available that demonstrate the ultimate flexibility of the RAIL system, including: recessed, semi-recessed, ceiling, suspended and applied. Ceiling, suspended and wall versions also provide indirect lighting with a constant color temperature or RGB+W light. Where sound is critical, all mounting options guarantee optimal sound dispersion, including a recessed version that provides a small gap on each side of the RAIL, which has been carefully designed and studied to ensure no compromise on acoustic performance.
RAIL Simulation ( compared to a scalable solution consisting of in-ceiling speakers and separate, comparable lighting fixtures) demonstrated significant savings in cabling, transportation, labor and product costs, and was 35% more energy efficient. Combining sound and light into one high-quality solution also means improved design, installation and maintenance services.
