Product description

Sfera is a new rechargeable outdoor lamp available in two sizes. This is one of the latest additions to the BROKIS outdoor lighting offer. Sfera Portable is based on the idea of small balls of light set in a poured concrete base with the same subtle polygonal details used throughout the Sfera family. A delicate ball of hand-blown, frosted or glossy glass sits beneath a stainless steel rim that serves as a handle to move the light from one place to another. The concrete base houses not only the charging module, but also a sensitive touch dimmer with which you can adjust the brightness. Sfera Portable is equipped with an LED light source with a diffuser and meets safety and technological standards with an IP44 protection level for outdoor use.
Hand-blown glass anchored in a raw, almost brutalist concrete base fits perfectly with modern architecture, but can also be used brilliantly in combination with historical architecture. Sfera Portable is a stylish, atmospheric lighting facility intended for both outdoor and indoor use. Thanks to its simple design, the light can be easily lifted and moved to change the atmosphere in any space.
The technologies used in production refer to the centuries-old tradition and experience of glass masters. The precise workmanship of hand-blown glass gives a distinctive, durable character and exceptional quality to all BROKIS products. Glass shades are formed from multiple layers of molten glass, each of which is inspected by the master glass manufacturer before being blown into the mold.
This production phase is responsible for as much as 70% of the product quality. The triple opal glass of the lampshades is currently one of the best materials in the lighting industry. Combined with carefully guarded craftsmanship techniques, the layered structure of two transparent outer layers of crystal and an inner layer of white opal in between gives the glass its unique visual properties.
The concrete base is made of HPC (high performance concrete), which is more durable and resistant to moisture penetration than standard concrete and has better surface properties.
