Marc Sadler explores the endless possibilities of Slamp technopolymers with Accordèon, evoking the image of a textile pleat or the bellows of an accordion. The collection is a sure marker of a new contemporary narrative that sees design, fashion, craft techniques and technology in constant interaction. The battery-powered tabletop version features a clear shade finished in satin white for even illumination, and a white or matte black base and a semi-gloss satin anodized aluminum stand for added stability. The accordion will be perfect on its own for lighting an intimate dinner or as part of a set for parties. The battery lasts for 60 hours and can be recharged multiple times using a designated station.
